Numbers 28:21-24

21 and one kilogram of flour mixed with oil must be offered with each of the young rams. 22 Also offer a goat[a] as a sacrifice for the sins of the people. 23-24 All of these are to be offered each day of the festival in additional to the regular sacrifices,[b] and the smoke from them will please me.
